My name is Stephen Blase.
I am a music artist, designer and somatic movement and embodiment mentor. My dynamic range makes me an expert in cultivating creative expression and I specialise in creating conscious dance spaces and environments.

I currently live in Auckland, New Zealand where I design custom made clothing and I am heavily involved in the conscious dance and festival scene as a musician.
I co- facilitate multiple Somatic Dance teacher trainings each year in NZ, Portugal and Bali across three different levels and offer one on one mentoring for students that want to learn how to DJ, hold transformational dance space through music and understand energetics.

Whether you are a big bass tune gremlin, soulful Source junkie or want to discuss how I can help you create that perfect garment you can just never find in store, this is the where we direct you to the right spot.
My Kaupapa (mission) is to help facilitate creative expression of the soul. To help you overcome barriers or limiting beliefs that are holding you back from shining your light and really stepping into why your soul came to this earth.

My main medium for this is DANCE. The medicine of movement continues to blow me away with its power to transmute energy, uplift and ignite an environment as well as offer deep states of meditation and bliss.

I create emotional and euphoric dance journeys designed to promote a full range of movement in the body and leave dancers feeling a sense of cathartic release. I am privileged enough to be able to offer this through Somatic and Ecstatic dance as well as bring this energy and awareness into the underground Bass music and festival scene. If you want to learn how to integrate the skills and awareness for holding space into your own life and learn how to DJ and create soundscapes for healing, I offer one on one mentorship programs to the right individuals. Together we learn new skills in music theory and Dj'ing as well as working with energetics, somatic enquiry and belief work. More info below!

My last creative outlet is expression through fashion. After a decade in the fashion industry I now exclusively create intentional, one off, low wastage and ethical products. My dream client has an idea of what they want to create and I work with them sourcing fabrics, fine tuning the pattern and I create it for you. No detail too small.
